Yoga for continuing and new students

Mondays and Thursdays, 7:00 - 8:30 PM beginner and continuing

Take two classes a week, or use the other class for a makeup. Second class 1/2 off if registered. Second class $12.50 if drop-in.

 

 

Yoga in the Svaroopa® style is different.
You can tell from your very first class. The pace is slower and the poses are more supported, designed to take you inward. Your body and mind start to relax and calm down. The results are astounding, especially as you gain the ability to bring yoga into your daily life. All aspects of your life improve - flexibility, mood, and strength, for example.
Svaroopa® addresses the tensions you hold in your body starting with your core spinal muscles, especialy around your tailbone. The cronically tight muscles throughout your body can only release when the muscles around your spine relax. This can only happen once your fight-or-flight autonomic response lets go - an effect that Svaroopa® poses are designed to create.

Drop in $17.    Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Eat lightly before classes
